Nah. There are so many ways to legally keep beneficial owners' identities private. For example, they can set up an unlisted investment trust fund that has a 10% stake in STX. The owner will be reported as MS but there could be an investor who holds 80% of the trust (thus 8% indirect interest in STX) without having to disclose it.
