I must admit to feeling that whilst there are obvious failures by TIS as a company in terms of their governance, questions about their leadership and management and perhaps even issues about their integrity...
as an investor, the fact that "I" or "we" are only addressing them now means that we also failed in our judgement by not seeing all of these problems before and either exiting, or trying to address them.
I can recall at least one major shareholder on HC who tried to address it about a year ago and probably didnt get the support he needed.
