The aspect I'm personally quite interested in is the interactions with Earth Mountain. I don't have a whole lot of faith in the Chinese Govt to do what they said if they have a change of heart so I'm keen to understand when the promised cash is coming and when the chips are delivered - both fairly important milestones in my mind and both brushed off with lighter comms than I think is warranted. It raised eyebrows getting into bed with a Chinese company - and for good reason IMHO - and then neither the cash nor the goods have turned up...I would suggest both of these things are heavily price sensitive mandating clear and concise comms.

I'm pretty surprised the ASIC have let this (lack of) quality of comms go on as it has for so long...if this whole adventure tanks there would be an interesting case for negligence on their part too with interesting ramifications.
