Remember also that Subiaco store closed and still hasn't reopened. Been a few years now. Also Whitfords is sinking ship. Wangara became Greenwood. and Melville closed doors and that was that. Remember that technically to have a sale at a particular store (well at least advertise it) it must be approved by the state manager. Generally wont happen as other store owners will kick up.

WA a great state for CCV however, as mentioned before, stores have huge customer base. Customers will stick with them weather they are ccv or independent. Not all is rosy with the owners ion shop level. There is always many things going on in the back ground. I wouldn't be surprised to see a lot of other stores pull signs down when renewal comes up. all different.

Great times ahead for all pawnbrokers but better for "quality" independents stores.
