I wonder if the Russians actually came out in front financially... from the deal I mean?

For example, It's possible (but not likely) they may have bought some shares prior to launching the takeover say 16c or less.... then sold them at say 29-30c... Strictly speaking this is not allowed in Australia but they are in a different country with less transparent law system after all...

Would be interesting to see a Top 40 shareholders right now and compared that to the top 40 say middle of Feb 2012, then to the top 40 the day before the legal action and again on the day the takeover was announced... would make for an interesting read

I also note during that on the 3rd of Feb 92m shares were traded (6x the average) around 29c on 2nd Feb and 39m on the 28 Feb... Big exits ?? Hmmm I guess we may never know...

Anyway ...moving on... MGMT need to know Roll on with the Bank Study and Firm up more Jorc to indicated ... This will add Significant more value to the Stock and you never know the next bidder may have to offer more than 30c!
