It is interesting as the NDA would be for the benefit of Tensor, not Brainchip. Like when BRN did the American car manufacturer announcement and ASX said not good enough and BRN had to then get approval of Ford to release their name (or perhaps not, majority of NDA's say they can release information if legally required to do so).

Hence, if Tensor have started releasing information to the market, then BRN will have no obligation to keep this information quiet due to a NDA as Tensor has breached the agreement and the info is now publicly available.

The only issue I have is I actually am not sure what the announcement tomorrow will say. If Tensor and BRN have yet to enter into a commercial agreement, and perhaps even Tensor has yet to receive a commercial chip, then the announcement may be a difficult one to word.

Perhaps..."We are working to finalise a commercial agreement with Tensor, who in turn are negotiating with NASA and we will update the market in due course on when we have a finalised commercial agreement." Obviously more words needed than that but it's a start...
