yeah, I agree. As a general rule, (using closing values) the peak to valley should be 10%-20%. If 14,000-13000 were used as figures (excluding intra-day lows) this would give a value of 7.7%.
Using Inta-day values (14121 - 12455) this would give 13.4% - but I wouldn't use these figures.
Personally, I think we'll climb above. This pattern will be a blip on the screen in 6 months.
