This thread being about Monkey Pox, it is relevant to note the Chair of the WHO making the point that this is primarily a disease of men who have sex with men. I.e. anal intercourse!.
So Condoms coated with SPL7013 would almost certainly be effective, as they were with Zika and HIV.
I daresay Vivagel might also work but this is not proven.
A little advertising or a carefully worded press announcement with a rocket up the proverbial to the distributor, might help.
