once installed, this takes the total to well over 24,000 with a target of 25,000 by June 07 - seems conservative based on Mirvac.

since april 06 they've grown from 13,500 contracted rooms to over 20,000 (+77%)

yield from movies and internet s/be good as Mirvac are a 4 and 5 star class.

growth looks good and should be finally recognised by the market as they achieve critical mass - they are still less than 10% of the overall market so growth may continue at simillar rates.
