- increased water solubility and in turn big potential for companies to reduce supply chain costs. this alone is great news looking at the improvements listed.
- improved efficacy of formulations
- improved water / rain resistance
- improved shelf life or products
- ability to create more targeted formulations
The article is actually a bit of an eye opener for me on this part of the business. It is a massive industry and if the improvements above are able to be implemented it is an industry game changer. As always with SPL, when or how can they get this to reality / revenue? Are there negatives or complexities of introducing this into the formulas we don't know of? what is a realistic time frame? Does SPL have the capabilities to get thsi to market? etc. etc.
Hopefully some positive news on this is close as it really is massive, if...
