Its good news ok for ACT residents. Yet imo it will result in NSW residents driving to Canberra to take the A plane as happened before. All they need to do is provide an ACT address using some dodgy ID and they're on board.
If Qld and SA do this for ACT, they should include NSW and WA, NT and Tas. (if they don't already).
