Yet again, mainstream media analysis gets it ass-backwards.
Right now, housing affordability is not worsening, it is now beginning to improve (hello, is anyone at the Australian reading data from housing market research houses?). It is getting more affordable BECAUSE the young (amongst others) are withdrawing from the market.
