H2 only makes a buisiness case when you have too much solar panels and not enough batteries. To produce H2 from eloktrolysis is only 30 % efficient. But battery storage is 90 % efficient.

This are basic kowledge but both australian parties dream about H2
economy. H2 is very difficult, dangerous and costly. Whereas batteries are alrady cost competitive and less dangerous especially redox batteries.
