    If boat people with their complete welfare dependency had continued unchecked as Michael Sainsbury and the greens want and if his and green ideas were instituted in Australia in 20 years boat people will be begging to go to Cambodia rather than stay here.
    Cambodia seems a reasonable deterrent .
