Westcott all the wording of resent presentations indicates to me the next thing from SDL is an MOU?

However, the Government finance deal that makes infrastructure a fact rather than a proposal, could spark TO speculation in this area as the big players seek to move in to take advantage of the growth prospect in the West Africian Region?
