Yep that’s exactly what I mean, very easy to do as he can easily dispute what’s been put on the table and offer further information to increase the resource or try to get it reclassified if he was unhappy with a C instead of a P.
For the second point, nope not saying that at all but I don’t believe it’ll be anywhere near 6x if they give it a 2P rating.
