    "Totally agree Nm, Dirk knows the mistakes of previous management and has shown to understand SH frustration......so he's not going to throw a statement like 400-500% growth factor hanging out there if he's not 100% confident of delivering.......with this crowd it would be suicidal, and he knows it"...
