    Dirk hasn't put a foot wrong yet and I'm sure he knows the problems he'll face if he does from unhappy retail investors.

    I've previously covered this with Dirk and he seems to be very aware of it and the impact it's had on the company, I don't see an issue going forward if he is in control of it.
