At the risk of sounding like a soft ramper, I think it is positive for NWE, as the price would have been struck probably when NWE was trading around .10/10.5, and allowing for a bit of a buffer for a holding this large, I would have been asking for a bigger discount, if there was one at the time. Whoever bought them has done alright , my gut tells me they are long term holders. I bet Mr. Kennedy is smarting a little at the moment.
