But no it's 48c.....INSANE. And the deposit gets bigger and bigger.

No judge is going to uphold a commercial contract between 2 publicly listed firms without a binding agreement off an email. It would be overturned and judges hate their judgements overturned.

The most important element of a contract is performance which ranges from intent to formalise to consideration being laid and accepted to there being terms to be guided by and all of this timely.

There is not even a signed beer coaster to argue over which most courts will not uphold unless value small.....I could sell you a bombed out car buy not new car or house. There are formality.

Intent died in the 7 month lag it took MZN to act and only after a discovery.

The market should be rewarding KDR and penalising MZN for being dumb, oportunistic and even possible blackmail to get a negotiation.

KDR will win. There is no binding agreement, not even a draft and no consideration paid or accepted which is huge.

When this pops 50c and back to 80c in a day or two.

Massively over due a BIG rally.
