Could VXR have answered the speeding ticket with a NO if there were a takeover offer or something of that nature in play? The question they responded to was:
I don't know the ins and outs of these please explain requests, but I assume they would be on shaky grounds answering NO if something was on the table but not yet announced. But it does put them in a dilemma, as to how they could respond honestly while at the same time keep potential agreements and the like confidential until signed.
- Is the Entity aware of any information concerning it that has not been announced which, if known, could be an explanation for recent trading in the securities of the Company?
Never the less, great to see it close up again today in spite of some profit taking earlier on.
