I think you misunderstand that this is a punter for me. But the story & asset has more than some merit. Sure the capital situation is medioca to rough, but hey this aint exactly the ritz carlton end of the market mate. I dont think anyone can make any illusion about that, which is funny given the negative comments you continue to make. Its like stating the obvious, but for no good reason. This is and additional lottery ticket at best. The work they have done so far is actually quite good in my view, but no market darling and the SP clearly reflects that.
