I am using CSL as my yardstick for future returns I would expect from MSB. The difference being CSL was nothing new in Biotech (plenty of competition and a traditional drug producer).
Mesoblast on the other hand is a first mover and pioneer with entire markets open to them with little to no competition (if their efficacy proves). Cellular medicine is the future and their patent moat will proves it's worth until 2040.
