Is it a 'tirade'.? I've just gone positive on MTU (see my earlier post). Put me on ignore if my observations/opinion gets to you. I doubt they influence the SP.
Meanwhile MTU have bounced a bit.

Go to any small telco website and they emphasize the quality of their service. Go to the big telco websites and they say exactly the same thing. Yesterday TLS said they are willing to sacrifice margin to maintain business attract new customers.
My reckoning is that at the end of the day PRICE is what matters most to people when considering which provider. In the past smaller telcos have been way cheaper than TLS but the gap is narrowing rapidly. Range of network also a factor. Hold.
