my broker fees are ridiculous - i need help, page-9

Interactive Brokers has the lowest broker fees and lowest margin interest rates (.50% to 1.50%). Also low rates for shorts borrowed stock usally around .25%.

ASX listed companies flat rate .08% of trade value, minimum fee is $6

US stocks is only .005% minimum fee $1

I can buy 100 shares of Apple at $500 a share ($50,000)only costs $2.50 in brokerage.

Compare that to how much it would cost to buy 100 shares via Aus Bank broker.
