If it continues upwards, today I was only "taking money off the table", "re-weighting my portfolio", "{insert stock market cliche}".

One thing not mentioned a lot here that I think may be under-rated is the public consultation process. From what I've seen of the local residents, they are a very gentle, sensitive, sheltered people who would see a mine like this as an absolute horror, even if it is their only economic salvation.
