Regarding point 6: "Will China partner with Afghanistan to mine REEs, iron ore, lithium, etc?", My answer is NOT in the foreseeable future, simply because there is a UN resolution (The United Nations Security Council Resolution 1267 ) against any business relation with Talian, which is theoretically impossible to be removed in 5 years.
