No tracking ability just the 'No Record...' comment.
Extremely poor service and the customer is just left in limbo.
Just another example of the lack of detail when setting up the website and the FedEx links.
Really, these guys couldn't run a chook raffle.
I reckon my layman skills around a computer could set up a website that would have better content and customer experience than these clowns.
Jackie, the Star' may have great IP and drug development skills but horses for courses please; leave commercialisation to the experts and not a fill in job between your various non Starpharma Board commitments.
