In business there are always competing priorities and needs for the available funds.
You cannot do everything you want to do or even should do.
For example......
And if that stupid LNP govt would deliver the NBN our revenue would be higher, staff would be more productive and blah, blah, blah.......of course I can fix that if I spend $2k per month to get a fiber connection but I don't have the funds for that and do everything else I want to do on the power side as well.
