Whether you call these people protestors, insurgents or terrorists is mostly a matter of ideology and political perspective. But let's be honest, if a group of anti-government activists in Australia was manufacturing home-made explosives, and using these to attack government buildings and kill police (not just Army - they are also targeting local police) the Government/ASIO/Police/media etc would label them as 'terrorists' from day 1.
