I was looking at some prefilled vaccine syringes the other day at work.
They are not provided with a safety device atm, but are approximately the same size as the Unifill WITH built in safety features.
A lot of blacksmiths went out of business with the advent of the car.
Non-safety syringe manufacturers will go the same way when the Unifill is recognised as the product of choice among big pharmas.
In my opinion.
