National launch with one sales/marketing person who, with no disrespect to her, I seem to recall had no more than a middle ranking role on her previous cv. Launch into much bigger market, two people!

I keep reflecting on jev's comment that they may have been forced into 'Plan B'. Even taking your points, starting to recruit this late does it smack of rather belated arrangements - even hurried improvisation? Are we perhaps even into 'Plan C' - or 'D'?
