Milk product company Nature One Dairy is believed to be making strides towards listing on the Australian Securities Exchange, with expectations that the business could be worth about $220m.
The company is backed by Kathmandu founder Jan Cameron, who is a former director of the infant formula producer Bellamy’s Organic.
Working on the upcoming listing is BW Equities, and E.L & C. Baillieu is also thought to be involved.
The company is based in southeast Victoria and produces baby formula, baby food, nutritional formula and ready milk powder.
Other dairy groups such as A2 Milk have put on a strong performance on the back of their sharemarket listings, capitalising on strong Asian demand for infant formula products from Australia.
