Buon Giorno E ~ what you think now and what you intimated before is reasonable but how do you convince a gypsy to leave their i wagon and iterenant life behind to move into a well civilized structure with all the amenities and the conveniences of life!? You can’t, you just make them do it! It is why I have been saying the decision will come from outside and not from within!!!
