still alot of detail to b worked out but if i understand correctly it should b a good bargaining chip for tls compared to other isp's charging nbn access to tls infrastructure
so if i understand correctly tls maintains ownership of infrastructure therefore depreciation benefits(cash flow)leasing access to nbn while nbn charges tls access to fibre(big advantage over competition)until nbn gets into financial trouble then tls buys nbn for a fraction of the cost.ps and no more uso
