Are you suggesting a possible conflict of interest??
As there is a definate conflict of interest in the Governments appointment of BT's Pater McCarthy-Ward as an advisor on the seperation of Telstra's retail and wholesale arms.. BT competes with Telstra in Australia, so how can he have an abjective view on seperation of TLS!!!
If you ask me the whole NBN process is going to be manipulated by Conroy to achieve a means to an end.. IE, getting his own way..
