if NCM can close below 16.80, then it will be screaming out for people to jump on the band wagon and short! this support (now resistance) at 16.80 - 17.00 has held this falling stone up for a while noW! it will not be penetrated easily! if you can short as close to 16.80 as you can, you might still get some funin waching it drop. It is going to 16.50! and if this support is broken..... look out below!!
