Had bipartisan support and the LNP are running the show now supposedly and have done the lions share of implementing. It is the LNP voting business types who do most of the rorting and who vote for red tape cutting, small govt. Blame and chase the criminals would be the responsible approach, it is hard for the bent to implement justice though. Fraud in the NDIS would have to be one of the easiest things to track and prosecute but when there is no will there is no way. The white collar criminals all vote for red tape cutting!
