Hi @RobThomas I just came across this on Twitter and it reminded me of this post.
I think you and @tretchikoff both have your points and they aren't mutually exclusive.
For DEV, it does seem that the market recognises the quality of the landholding hence is paying more $/km2. Almost near the top range of the pack!
On the other hand, PUR might have a high market cap in your view, but its $/km2 is actually just 1/10th of DEV's plus it has a sizeable project area.
In my view, both companies are great; it just depends on your investing style (risk vs rewards) and your conviction for each of these companies.
I'm sure many of us, like myself, enjoy both of your intellects. And it always hurts to see a great discussion turns sour.
