I would argue the opposite. These strange trading patterns and their huge reserves of funds allow them to manipulate the SP in the direction they wish.

The impact of holding the SP in this shallow trading range has held back any potential upside from some of the positive announcements we have had recently.

The SP impact we wish for can't happen until these accumulations finish.

However seeing these accumulations occur means the big players are seeing good value in SDL at their current levels.
