If you bothered to investigate why Yeager left BHP it was due to the newly appointed CEO wanting to remove a layer of management inside the company thus making his position redundant (read in an article). If he has the ability to be head of petroleum at one of the worlds biggest company for several years that is a sign to me that he definitely knows what he is doing
