Look like both HMX and CNB will be targeted. There are only limited opportunities to get their hands on, I suspect wheels are already in motion for a third party to enter the arena.
CNB would like to come to the negotiations with faces familiar around, what better way then having a stake in HMX considering a low market capitalisation in H MX now and appears great value.
These appear to be all speculations, however we cannot ignore much is at stake and not recognising the environment will be detrimental to the companies involved.
Unless management in HMX can pull something out of the hat, new shareholders may like things done differently from hereon. Now would be a good time to build a stake in HMX considering its current value and the resources the company has and its continuous growth. I like value and it is difficult to ignore the facts in front of me.
