The new director is obviously a sticker and has total belief in the options being in the money, I did some research on his holding via last years annual report and he hasn't sold an option and his fully paids may well be the majority of the holding under Citicorp Noms which held 9mill.

All in all a fairly large stake, could be taking the wheel at a pivotal time to ensure maximum value is attained for his investment $$$......one would guess.
