GBE is fully priced on a Mining Lease, as it rose from 2 cents to this level on that announcement a month or so ago ....so no move up at all ..
However, as I suspect, if the Mining Lease is not granted hence the delays ...expect back under 2 cents instantly and an enormous CR in any case ...
