I am with you Mr Swanson, I believe the MDA will be delivered.
GBE have not received any additional requests from the Malawi government and in their view they are just slow and expect it to materialize at some point, hopefully sooner rather than later. IMO if they push too hard it will have the opposite effect.
The mining license arrived after the maximum time designated in their own legislation so this is not a new thing and there is no time limit for the MDA that I am aware of.
The same negative style posts where put up during the delay to the ML and that did arrive and I am confident the MDA will as well.
I have always seen this as a 1000% win or a near 100% loss and still do,
The MDA will go a long way to determine its a win but realistically I have no exit unless the project progresses and I suspect most on here are in the same position.
If they want mining to help support their economy then they need to deal with the likes of GBE and I think they will
