Is it possible for MNS to offer an incentive to Option holders to convert their options say 1 year early before they expire so that the cash the recieve would contribute to their portion of the funding ?
Ie to convert all the option gives MNS $20Mil
If they were to offer 1 fully paid share for every 20 options converted before say april 2016
that would effectivly minamise dilition
just saves any further dilution through a capital raising
