HercJ, I don't think I could have said it any better myself. What they have done, or perhaps not done, is disgusting. How the last CR was pulled off I have no idea. One big red flag was when the clowns at the helm of this sinking ship thought it was a good idea to issue options exercisable at 3 cents, all while still having options exercisable at 4 cents issued previously.
I'm not impressed with them either, and that's just being polite.
