again though, when you throw out stuff like this, I find it very strange you believe ISX should ditch its ASX case. You say it will be 5 years, capital tied up, etc. There is no way it will be 5 years....that timeline implies a trial, appeals, etc. There is no way a new ASX management team would allow this to see the inside of a courtroom for an initial trial (period) which seemingly could occur next year if ISX get on with it. The risks in going to trial for ASX are monsterous, and they would be looking for an out before that.
