After talking to David, I also just forwarded my email to the company, who was blissfully unaware of the manipulation going on. I pointed out that KDR and Lynas, both WES TO targets, are just two of the companies mentioned in the report. So I'm not sure if the company will be taking any action, at least they are now aware of what some SH think is going on.
