I do not want to be critical of Next Investors by any means and...

I do not want to be critical of Next Investors by any means and I follow a few of their suggestions most of them with a degree of success. But - here comes "but", isn't it the case here that they made their profit it EXR since they got in so much earlier? (And they are admitting that they took their profit already.)
I am concerned that since I got into EXR only recently and although there is still a possibility for a decent profit, the biggest gain has already happened? And thus are the potential further gain justified with the risks involved?
